Job Summary
Maintain and optimize creator shops, ensuring links and content are accurate, current, and performing. Proactively identify and share linking opportunities by monitoring creator content and surfacing relevant products. Flag creator momentum, tier progress, and potential issues to Account Managers in real time while supporting responsive communication during sales events and product launches. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align on priorities and escalate recurring issues impacting creator growth or platform experience. Champion process improvements and adopt new tools quickly. This role requires a proactive mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Salary range $60,000–$75,000 USD with equity.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in creator support, customer experience, operations, or other execution-focused roles
- High level of organization, with the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple creators
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliable, accurate execution
- A proactive mindset — you surface opportunities and flag issues without being asked
- Clear, professional communication; you keep the right people informed and follow through on what you say you'll do
- Resilience and persistence — when creators push back or situations get complicated, you find a path forward rather than accepting a dead end
- Genuine curiosity about how creator content drives commerce and how execution connects to monetization
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and quick turnaround matters
Desired Qualifications
