Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years hands-on experience in creative asset production for advertising or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (simple to complex)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work (portfolio required)
- Strong creative judgment and post-production expertise
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
