Job Summary
The Associate Creative Director role at Verve involves leading and contributing to creative concepts for large-scale festivals and immersive brand activations. You will craft event identities, branding, and visual narratives across both digital and physical assets while developing spatial concepts into compelling environments. The ideal candidate will showcase strong visual storytelling abilities, a strategic and conceptual mindset, and 8+ years of experience in creative agencies focusing on events or brand experiences. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Twinmotion is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual worlds
- Excellent communication skills in a client-facing environment
- Ability to manage and scope multiple projects and deadlines
- Adaptability to work across B2B and B2C audiences
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of creative agency experience
- Experience in events, brand experience, or experiential design
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Twinmotion
- Strong experience in both 2D and 3D design
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual proposals
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary roles including motion graphics and communications design
