Job Summary
Associate Creative Director of Art to define Ninja’s next visual identity and product storytelling. Lead creative strategy for new product launches across Ninja brands, define product identities from the ground up with product and insights teams, and bring products to market through naming, logo executions, and visual language. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consumer insights, product development, engineering, brand marketing) to generate strategies and campaigns across channels (packaging, Amazon, DTC, social, video, retail, experiential). Art direct photo and video shoots, present and sell work at the executive level, translate ideas to junior designers, mentor creatives, and develop scalable platforms and identities. Use AI to accelerate concepting and iteration, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong communication and collaboration across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of creative agency or in-house experience
- thorough understanding of product marketing
- portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual excellence across brand, campaign, and product work
- experience across packaging, DTC, Amazon, retail, social, and integrated campaigns
- experience bringing product identities and stories from 0 to 1
- strong instincts for social and platform-native storytelling
- high standards for craft, clarity, and taste
- experience using AI in the creative process
- excellent at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
