Job Summary
Lead creative projects across brand marketing, web, performance, event design, art direction of photography and illustration, and video. Create and evolve scalable brand and visual identity systems while translating concepts into high-quality assets for digital and physical touchpoints. Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and push creative boundaries, designing with motion and video principles in mind. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, performance marketing, product, and events teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative that uplevel the brand by combining aesthetics from tech, healthy, beauty, and wellness worlds. Maintain pixel-perfect attention to detail while moving quickly. Report to the Creative Director in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days in-office, defaulting to Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in branding and visual design
- Strong portfolio
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication skills
- Expert in Figma
- Up to date on modern design tools
- Trends in design
- Best practices including AI-assisted design tools
- Comfortable integrating AI into your creative process
- Strong editorial eye
- Strong brand point of view
- Strong understanding of design systems
- Ability to apply design systems across channels
- Exceptional eye for typography
- Exceptional eye for color
- Exceptional eye for layout
- Exceptional eye for overall visual craft
- Must be commutable to our NYC headquarters or San Francisco office
- Hybrid environment
- Default to being in-office 3-4 days per week
- Required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Desired Qualifications
- Brand in-house and/or agency experience preferred
- Proficiency in Jitter
- Proficiency in After Effects
- Similar motion tools
