Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 copywriters while concepting and writing compelling copy across CRM, digital, social, video, and broadcast channels. Define Aspen Dental's voice by translating business objectives into breakthrough creative platforms and guiding messaging for integrated campaigns. Collaborate with art directors, designers, and stakeholders to develop solutions that drive brand outcomes, while exploring AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and scale production. Present strategic rationale to senior leaders and uphold creative standards across all customer touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience.)
- 10+ years of experience in copywriting for integrated campaigns in agency or in-house settings
- Strong CRM/email marketing background
- Experience working with art directors, designers, strategists, and production partners
- Prior experience mentoring or managing writers
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range, brand storytelling, and creative versatility across channels
- Strong command of tone, structure, and rhythm in both long- and short-form copy
- Skilled presenter who can articulate creative rationale with conviction and clarity
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to support content development, creative ideation, workflow optimization, or scaled content production
- Advanced Figma experience required
- Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to experiment with new approaches that enhance creative effectiveness
- This position will be based on-site in our Fulton Market location in Chicago, IL
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe and Workfront preferred
