Job Summary
Associate Counselor will conduct and document onsite and offsite groups; teach community skills including ADLs; ensure timely and accurate documentation; transport PRP members to and from the program and offsite activities; provide comprehensive services through on-site and off-site programs including assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison; drive 15-passenger vans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and 2 years of work experience in psychiatric rehab, mental health, related human services, or customer service OR Associates Degree in psychology, sociology or a human services field with no experience required
- Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence)
- Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and pre-employment drug screenings
- Must drive 15 passenger vans
- Own vehicle required
