Job Summary
Conduct screenings and assessments for clients undergoing mental health and substance use disorder treatment under supervision. Collaborate on developing individualized treatment plans, facilitate group counseling sessions, and provide individualized support focusing on recovery and problem-solving skills. Complete all correspondence and documentation in a timely manner while maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and coworkers. Handle crisis situations as they arise following agency policies. Participate in clinical staffing meetings to provide feedback on relevant cases. Requires MADC 1 and 2, CADC, or CRADC license. Full-time position in St. Charles, MO.
Required Qualifications
- MADC 1 and 2
- CADC
- CRADC
- Associate's degree or high school diploma/equivalent
- registration, supervision, and professional development as set forth by either The Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. OR The appropriate board of professional registration with the Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions, and Professional Registration
- supervision by a Qualified Addiction Professional who has completed MCB Clinical Supervision Training
