Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate, finance, corporate, and governance agreements. Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture transactions through legal due diligence. Partner with finance, asset management, and executive leadership to identify and manage legal risk. Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and records. Coordinate litigation matters and manage relationships with outside counsel. Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance and legal issues. Full-time, fully on-site role in Las Vegas, Nevada. Requires Nevada Bar license and 3+ years of real estate transactional and commercial finance experience. Earn performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada Bar license
- 3+ years of real estate transactional and commercial finance legal experience
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience handling commercial real estate transactions
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
