Job Summary
Associate Counsel responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating construction-related agreements; ensure regulatory and contractual compliance; assess and mitigate legal and financial risks on construction projects; prepare summaries and memos on proposed contracts; organize, manage, store, and retrieve files; coordinate and schedule meetings; draft and proof edit legal documents and correspondence; travel to the Northeast as needed; daily oversight of legal department workflow and collaboration with multiple teams.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the New York State Bar
