Job Summary
Provide strategic counseling to university and Greek life partners on trademark protection, enforcement, and portfolio strategy; draft and negotiate domestic trademark license agreements and agency agreements for collegiate brands and Greek letter organizations; draft and send cease and desist letters for trademark enforcement; collaborate with internal departments to ensure protections in agreements per NCAA/university/regulatory requirements; manage timelines and quality of work across multiple assignments; contribute to development of legal templates, processes, and risk management policies.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active admission to any U.S. State Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of trademark and brand protection experience
- Ability to independently draft and negotiate intellectual property agreements
