Job Summary
Research systems to identify customers, accounts, and areas of the Firm involved in litigation. Accurately complete initial case setup in the litigation matter management system, including drafting concise summaries of allegations, categorizing cases, and highlighting issues. Assess matters for operational risk, draft Code of Conduct escalation forms, and prepare reports on case management data accuracy. Review matters submitted for closure to ensure accurate field updates per policy, recognize high-risk trends, and escalate to management. Requires a licensed attorney with three years of legal or financial industry experience. Located in Columbus, Ohio, Buenos Aires, or Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
