Job Summary
Act as the key account manager in the Melbourne cost management team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust. Foster top performance and growth for employees via mentorship and leadership while leading the team to deliver impeccable quality and client value. Actively participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting. Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments, oversee project spend by generating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations. Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication. Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy working with prestigious companies in data centres and life sciences to deliver a sustainable built environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cost management
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Are chartered or are on the path to complete it
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally from a consultancy background
- On large scale construction projects
- Ideally in data centres or life sciences
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
