Job Summary
Conduct corporate and M&A legal work including corporate restructurings, corporate finance, private equity investments, and privatizations within a team of lawyers. Manage transactional and advisory matters while providing customised, industry-specific, and business-friendly services. Requires strong educational background in corporate/commercial law, post-graduate degree (LLM), and 3-5 years of experience in M&A cases involving corporate transformations. Required Qualifications
- Strong educational background in corporate/commercial law
- Involvement in M&A cases including corporate transformations
- Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent)
- Legal qualification (Athens Bar admission/other Lawyers' Bar)
- 3-5 years of working experience in the field
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Diligent, organised and resilient
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving ability
- Good business sense and understanding of the business environment
- Personality with high morale and integrity
