Job Summary
Corporate Associate role in Newcastle leading and supporting on mergers and acquisitions/disposals, public company transactions (IPO/equity fundraisers), and due diligence across domestic and cross-border matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, finalising disclosure letters and bundles, reviewing investment documents for PE-backed transactions, and assisting with business development and tenders. Requires excellent communication and organisational skills, proficiency with document management systems, and a willingness to learn throughout a broad range of corporate work including restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and LLP agreements. Required Qualifications
