Job Summary
Solicitor with 3-5 years’ experience to join Goldman Sachs EMEA Corporate Governance Legal Team in Birmingham. Focus on corporate administration and advice of regulated and unregulated legal entities across Continental Europe, including the Netherlands. Manage a diverse and complex workload, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders within the Corporate Governance Legal Team in a dynamic environment. A growing, highly-skilled Legal team in a world-class workplace, emphasizing collaboration, productivity and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Solicitor with 3-5 years’ experience in law firm or in-house legal team in an asset manager, corporate service provider or financial institution
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- team player with a positive attitude
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- European cross-border experience helpful
- excellent English language skills
