Job Summary
Support attorneys and partners in New York across three core areas: environmental issues in commercial transactions, contaminated properties, and energy transition including climate change and carbon credit transactions. Draft and review transactional documents, conduct due diligence on contaminated sites, and assist with permitting and regulatory compliance matters for clients navigating complex agency rulemakings. Collaborate with colleagues to structure transactions that minimize liabilities and risks while advising on the most significant carbon capture, low carbon fuel, and carbon credit deals in the market. Join the 2nd year associate class in 2026 with a base salary of $225,000.
