Job Summary
Associate Corporate Counsel to support the Business Services and Government units with day-to-day commercial, regulatory, and product matters in a fully remote U.S. environment. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, reseller, services), maintaining contract templates and clause libraries, assisting with contract execution workflows, conducting legal research on regulatory, privacy, and product questions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align commercial terms with legal standards. The role involves supporting product launches, compliance initiatives, and risk-management processes, providing practical guidance to internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvements in legal workflows and team resources. J.D. or equivalent required; licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. or equivalent law degree required; licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, clerkship, or corporate legal department, with exposure to commercial contracts or general business matters preferred.
