Job Summary
Review, draft, and negotiate agreements for hosted services, software licensing, and professional services while partnering with business teams to launch products and services. Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and oversee privacy, regulatory, and contractual compliance for emerging technologies like AI tools. Develop business-centric strategies that address risk while enabling the business to innovate and scale quickly. This Associate Corporate Counsel role sits within the Enterprise Tech Sourcing Legal team, supporting global Amazonians and AWS employees in technology transactions and product developments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent

- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
