Job Summary
Associate Corporate Counsel at Longevity Holdings in a hybrid Minneapolis-based role. Responsibilities include performing routine and complex/significant legal work, drafting and reviewing agreements, supporting corporate governance and licenses, providing legal research and presentation on regulatory, privacy, litigation, or other matters, assisting with litigation and subpoenas, supporting diligence or integration in M&A, and coordinating with business units and more experienced attorneys on contract negotiations. Requires a U.S. law degree and an active license to practice law in at least one state (prefer Minnesota). Requires strong critical thinking, excellent presentation and communication skills, proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding workload. Base pay range is $80,000-$90,000 and role is hybrid (report to Minneapolis office twice per week; remote access available with reliable internet). Required Qualifications
- U.S. law degree
- Active license to practice law in at least one state (prefer Minnesota)
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, organization, and communications skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient at legal research
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
