Job Summary
Associate Corporate Counsel with 4-6 years of legal experience, reporting to the General Counsel, in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across multiple departments; advising on employment matters across jurisdictions; managing litigation and claims; handling intellectual property matters including copyright and trademark issues; advising on data privacy and security under laws like the CCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, and related regulatory guidelines; and advising on advertising, marketing, competition, and unfair trade practices. Requires J.D., bar admission in your state, strong drafting and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and willingness to travel ~10–15 days/year. Preference for candidates within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids or King of Prussia.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of the bar in your state of residence
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10-15 days per year)
