Job Summary
Conduct meetings with client teams to discuss product launches, advise business leads on draft contracts, and develop strategies for novel legal issues impacting AWS. Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and oversee compliance while negotiating strategic technology agreements. Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory and privacy concerns, helping build processes that address risk to allow the business to innovate and scale quickly. This Associate Corporate Counsel role supports the AWS Agentic AI organization, working within a collaborative, forward-thinking legal team dedicated to shaping the future of AI and cloud computing.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
