Job Summary
Provide practical legal guidance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations across the Americas; support corporate development in fundraising rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and related corporate transactions; advise on expansion and market launches in new jurisdictions; collaborate with global compliance and risk teams to align internal policies with Airwallex standards; draft and review referral agreements, marketing materials, and other commercial documents in partnership with business development, partnerships, and marketing teams; advise on marketing, advertising, and promotional compliance. Partial telecommuting permitted; on-site at 215 Park Ave S, New York, NY when not telecommuting. Salary: $146,000-$250,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. or U.S. equivalent in Law
