Draft deal documents, negotiate terms, and advise issuers, private equity investors, and investment banks on complex transactions ranging from IPOs to derivatives and direct listings. Collaborate with the National Office in Washington, D.C. to deliver real-time guidance on securities and listing issues across all jurisdictions.
