Draft a capital markets transaction support package for clients in New York, focusing on securities products ranging from IPOs to derivatives and high yield bonds. Assist with complex overlapping regulations across jurisdictions and borders, ensuring protection of highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information. Support issuers, private equity investors, and investment banks on sophisticated advice for real-time securities and listing issues, including direct listings and alternative funding structures. Join the 4th through 6th year associate classes with a minimum of two years of experience in capital markets.
