Job Summary
Associate in Corporate Banking (FIG) at Bank of America supporting coverage bankers with the delivery of the full breadth of banking products and services to clients and prospects. Responsibilities include preparing pitchbooks, meeting materials, research reports and client presentations; performing financial analyses including ratings, capital structure and benchmarking; developing complex financial models for client materials and internal memos; navigating credit approvals and anti-money laundering/KYC processes; coordinating with in-country, regional and global teams to deliver solutions; participating in client meetings and portfolio planning; reviewing credit agreements and indentures to analyze covenants; building deep industry expertise and assisting with execution of various financial transactions; and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- GCIB credit underwriting experience (1+ year)
