Job Summary
Draft and execute corporate transactions for asset managers, investment funds, and financial institutions, including full buy-outs, minority GP stakes, joint ventures, and management team spin-outs. Provide counsel on M&A, investment fund deals, and additional liquidity solutions such as continuation funds, preferred equity, and structured secondaries. Navigate complex regulatory and enforcement matters while structuring deals to minimize risk and meet client objectives across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Join the 5th through 8th year associate classes to support founders, boards of directors, and diverse financial service clients.
Required Qualifications
