Associate Corporate Action Analyst

Job Summary
Associate Corporate Action Analyst responsible for processing corporate action events (including mandatory and voluntary actions) and stock transfers in IG systems, sending client emails describing events and elections, collating client instructions, posting dividends across product ranges, reconciling dividends and stock transfer activity, handling client helpdesk queries, and updating internal systems with accurate data. Role requires attention to detail, teamwork, good communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid model with shifts (9 AM–6 PM and 12 PM–9 PM).
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of various Corporate Action events
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with risks associated with corporate action events including client money
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
