Job Summary
Support grants, contracts, and low-complexity agreements by structuring deals with project, sales, and legal teams while analyzing solicitations for compliance with government and internal policies. Serve as the primary business contact for vendors and customers, conducting proposal preparation, pre-contract data collection, and contract administration. Draft and review agreements such as nondisclosure and teaming documents, maintaining current knowledge of relevant statutes and regulations. Work remotely with minimal travel to other sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - must have the ability to interact effectively orally and in writing with all levels of in-house and customer staff
- Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving ability
- Must be able to prioritize workload using good judgment and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized
- Must be able to work reasonably independently, exercise good judgment, and respond quickly to a variety of in-house and customer requests
- Ability to travel to other SRI or customer sites as needed (minimal travel is anticipated)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems used by government contractors to store and access contract-related information is desirable
