Associate Contracts Analyst

Job Summary
Work closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions, develop and prepare contracts, and revise related budgets and scopes of work. Ensure the scope is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately. Maintain compliance with all processes and policies, oversee finalization and distribution of documents, and update contract databases and files. This role supports the global sales team within the Global Business Operations team at IQVIA, a leading provider of clinical research services and healthcare intelligence. Candidates must submit their CV in English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field
- Advanced English
- 1 year of experience in administrative activities, contracts or commercial proposals or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and understanding of costing models
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers
