Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems
- Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- A desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning solutions
- Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects
- Consulting or professional services experience
