Conduct client-facing Workday Adaptive Planning projects to help organizations transform planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Work across diverse industries to solve business challenges ranging from workforce planning to executive reporting, moving beyond repetitive cycle maintenance. Leverage formal training, certification, and mentorship to accelerate growth in financial systems and consulting skills. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 2-5 years of FP&A experience and strong Excel and modeling abilities. This role supports the Workday specialist practice, offering a career path from finance to consulting for professionals seeking broader business exposure.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems
  • Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
  • A desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning solutions
  • Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects
  • Consulting or professional services experience
