Job Summary
Support Sage Intacct implementations under senior consultants by configuring systems, migrating data, and testing modules. Participate in client discovery sessions, assist with documentation like functional specifications and training guides, and help troubleshoot issues while providing post-go-live support. Learn core modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Reporting, shadow senior consultants on calls, and use AI tools to draft documentation and summarize meetings. This entry-level role offers structured onboarding through internal Sage Intacct training covering core GL/AP/AR, Cash Management, and Reporting, with mentorship to build a consulting career. Curiosity about AI and its application to accounting workflows is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional accounting experience
- 1-2 years of Business experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes preferred
- Interest in technology and business software applications
- Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience participating in projects through school, internships, or professional work
- Exposure to Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft SQL, reporting tools, or other business software
- Curiosity about AI and its application to accounting/ERP workflows; experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) is a plus
