Job Summary
As an Associate Consultant on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will provide employee benefit expertise to help clients understand insurance solutions for their long-term strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, assisting with the RFP process, analyzing benchmark survey data, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing the post-implementation process for all lines of insurance. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, and support open enrollment communications. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of various insurance coverage types, strong communication skills, and Health & Welfare compliance knowledge. Life & Health Licensure is required or commitment to obtaining it shortly after starting.

- Prior experience working with employee benefits and knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present to a range of professionals at each client
- Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance (i.e. HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL, etc.)
- Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving within 6 months of start date
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
