Job Summary
Lead research and data analysis for client service teams by executing complex analyses, defining innovative solutions, and sharing insights through written materials and verbal meetings. Proactively manage multiple ongoing workstreams across various business and compensation issues to effectively deliver results for clients. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while adapting writing styles to different audiences. This full-time role in Los Angeles begins July 2027 with a base salary of $100,000 and an annual bonus, offering rapid career progression and mentorship within a firm of roughly 80 staff. No visa sponsorship is available.
