Job Summary
Collaborate within small teams to help global brands answer strategic questions and implement solutions through data-driven insights and hands-on delivery. Build external relationships with clients to understand business needs, guide impactful decisions, and take ownership of deliverables across strategy, experimentation, marketing, and performance analytics tracks. Gain exposure to Fortune 500 companies in financial services, retail, and hospitality while receiving mentorship from experienced management. Engage with stakeholders virtually and in-person to synthesize data into cohesive stories and drive performance on client initiatives. Participate in volunteer experiences and networking sessions to grow through structured training and diverse skill acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate expected graduation date by Dec 2027
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
- Must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Must ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Must report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Must complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau)
