Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into public policy issues and support the development of client solutions. Assist in creating client presentations, reports, and deliverables tailored to the public sector context while collaborating with clients to understand needs and provide strategic recommendations. Support the development and implementation of public sector projects, including policy evaluations, program design, and performance management. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery within established timelines. Stay updated on government trends, policy developments, and emerging best practices in the public sector.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply critical thinking to public policy challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and using relevant tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with government processes, public sector challenges, and policy frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of management consulting methodologies and frameworks is a plus
