Job Summary
Support project execution, operational activities, and client deliverables by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining data, reports, and documentation. Prepare presentations, status updates, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. Assist in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and supporting resolution activities by participating in meetings, documenting key discussions, and following up on action items. Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines through effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency within a collaborative, values-driven team focused on leveraging analytics and technology to optimize life sciences commercialization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2.5+ years in consulting, analytics, life sciences, or a comparable delivery-focused role
- Solid working hands on Excel
- Solid working hands on at least one of SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
