Job Summary
Provide analysis, research, and data-driven insights for Financial Services client projects. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to solve complex problems, conduct interviews, analyze data to gain insights, and structure client-ready solutions on projects such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, CIO/CSO reorganizations. Support sales materials, proposals, and external communications. Participate in ALAIKA School to learn and grow, and contribute to internal initiatives. Develop strong analytical, interpersonal, and business-management skills from day one, taking on increasing responsibility while building client relationships and delivering high-quality results. Must have an analytical degree and English proficiency; German or Spanish are a plus. The role involves working with teams across technology and financial services and opportunities to engage with executives and stakeholders on global projects.
Required Qualifications
- Analytical degree from a top-tier university or outstanding track record outside university
- Fluency in English; additional German or Spanish are a plus
- Up to one year of full-time professional experience
