As an Associate Consultant in the Financial Due Diligence team, you will summarize and analyze financial information including trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows. Responsibilities include preparing data books to firm standards, reconciling management-provided information with audited financials, identifying issues through financial analysis, and reviewing KPMG reports for consistency. This position requires a passionate approach to deal advisory, personal accountability, flexibility in work engagements, and a commitment to building strong professional relationships. You should exhibit a high level of integrity and possess a strong work ethic to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate in Finance
- CA (Fresher)
- Prior experience in detailed financial statement analysis
- Strong academic foundation in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
