Job Summary
Conduct forensic and claims analysis for owners, contractors, and subcontractors, including changed work, schedule delay, and quantification of damages. Manage and review project documents, compile data, and evaluate planning, cost management, and schedule development. Support engagement teams by summarizing preliminary findings, preparing demonstrative aids, and ensuring work products conform to quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients and staff while actively engaging in learning new methodologies and attending industry events. Work across numerous AEC sectors to assist with client engagements and internal projects, building a strong foundation in project controls.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline preferred
- Bachelor's degree may be accepted with relevant project experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of engineering, construction, or related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, RSMeans, Microsoft Visio, and Sage
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software tools and systems
