Job Summary
Provide round-the-clock support to users of KPMG Global applications, ensuring availability and responsiveness. Handle multiple requests/incidents, monitor ticket queues, prioritize by urgency/impact, follow SOPs, and escalate to Level 2/3 as needed. Respond via email/chat/ticketing systems, perform initial diagnosis and provide solutions or workarounds, maintain handover logs, and collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams. Track progress of escalated issues to closure and document resolutions to share knowledge across teams. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
