Job Summary
Deploy Process Solutions by constructing, implementing, and deploying custom, process-centric business applications using Appian's leading platform. Analyze & Architect client business strategies to design high-impact technical solutions that solve complex workflow inefficiencies. Apply Design Thinking to build rapid functional prototypes and map comprehensive end-to-end business models. Integrate Systems by combining process improvement disciplines including application integration, business intelligence, and knowledge management. Collaborate and Deliver with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. This Associate Consultant role within Appian Customer Success focuses on building modern applications that reshape corporate operations and prepares candidates for subject matter expertise in AI-Powered Process Automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical/analytical field
- A strong fundamental foundation of computer systems, structural logic, or a demonstrable passion for emerging technologies
- Proven ability to break down complex business problems, interpret organizational strategies, and translate them into process workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional client-facing environments
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational experience with relational databases (such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
