Job Summary
Oversee full-cycle HVAC construction portfolios by developing project plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and tracking schedules and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet customer commitments while administering project scope and minimizing on-site emissions. Complete virtual trainings and assignments alongside in-person sessions at multiple leading company locations to build technical and leadership skills. This 15-week rotational program immerses you in diverse facets of the industry, culminating in a role focused on energy-efficient building solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be graduated prior to start date
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- Ability to provide proof of insurance
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 3 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred degree in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent degree
