Job Summary
Manage direct and indirect revenue processing, database management, and reporting with a focus on data integrity and financial reconciliation. Address constituent service requests via phone and email while triaging and assigning tickets to ensure appropriate routing within one business day. Execute daily batch entry for various gift types, ensuring accurate deposit packets are sent to finance within 48 hours. Process special event acknowledgments and invoices, draft correspondence for local development teams, and coordinate weekly revenue and expense reports. Collaborate with senior management to process chargebacks and assist with reversal batches in ROI. Serve as back-up for regional associates and matching gift confirmations as volume permits. This role supports the Constituent Services department at the American Lung Association's Brookfield, Wisconsin office, working a hybrid schedule. The target compensation range is $38,800 to $42,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Two to three years of solid administrative experience with ability to handle a variety of inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong contributor within a team environment, with a positive and productive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and carry out activities independently to meet specific, competing timelines and goals under pressure; ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and set work assignment priorities
- Ability to think analytically, establish and maintain systems and processes, and compile data and reports
- Experience and proficiency with data management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. (supplies)
- Experience supporting peer-to-peer fundraising events helpful
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish a plus
