Job Summary
Lead rewards benchmarking and design engagements for clients across identified industries, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and multi-year contract retention. Proactively engage with key stakeholders to deliver consulting advice, interpret survey data, and establish thought leadership as a go-to expert for specific industry trends. Manage project delivery from solution outlining to client presentations, while monitoring sales pipelines, raising invoices, and ensuring successful onboarding of new hires. Build and maintain a robust client base through active networking and regular communication channels.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent from premier B school
- 6-8 years of experience post qualification
- Relevant experience in compensation domain
- prior consulting experience
- Must be available for at least three days a week in the office
- Must be based in Bangalore/Gurugram/Pune
Desired Qualifications
- HR / C&B Consulting experience
- Good understanding of various areas in HR
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
