Job Summary
Develop and administer company employee benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, including direct control over job evaluation and wage and salary administration. Prepare and support salary recommendations for new hires and promotions, while analyzing labor markets to determine compensation trends and establish equitable rates. Support development and communication of sales incentive plans, Total Rewards programs, and the global recognition program. Conduct surveys and studies to interpret laws regulating practices and ensure compliance with pay equity requirements by province. Prepare and deliver employee communication and training programs to convey core values.
