Job Summary
Associate Community Manager responsible for leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals, generating leads, conducting property tours, maintaining the model, and following up with prospects and residents. Duties include preparing marketing plans and reports, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures, data entry in Entrata, promoting the community through social media, planning events and renewals, coordinating move-in/move-out activities, tenant relations, and supporting campus recruitment and on-site operations. Emphasis on customer service, communication with residents and university staff, and adherence to company policies; reports to the Community Manager.
