Job Summary
Associate Community Manager responsible for leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals; develop marketing plans, monitor leasing reports, and provide pricing recommendations; ensure Fair Housing compliance and accurate Entrata data entry; generate leads, conduct property tours, manage social media marketing, and oversee renewals and events; coordinate move-in/move-out activities, maintain professional standards, support resident relations, and assist with budget and staffing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Leasing and marketing planning to meet occupancy goals
- Prepare and monitor leasing reports and pricing recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws
- Accurate data entry in Entrata system
- Generate and track traffic of prospective residents
- Complete tours and lead follow-up
- Manage social media channels for property marketing
- Plan and execute resident events and renewal programs
- Assist in move-in and move-out processes
- Maintain professional image and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate with Community Manager on property objectives
- Provide resident retention and conflict resolution support
- Assist in budget management and marketing spend
- Train leasing staff on campus and local markets
- Understand lease documents and addendums, explain implications to residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, prospective residents, and university personnel
- Monitor maintenance and property conditions during tours and turnover
- Participate in corporate projects as requested
- Maintain confidentiality of client and resident information
- Report time and attendance
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate strong customer service and professional demeanor
