Job Summary
Conduct telephone coverage, respond to customer service requests via email, and perform administrative duties for the Community Management Team. Professionally greet homeowners, process work orders, and maintain the Association reference on the call information sheet. Handle architectural inquiries, manage transponder and key requests, and process incoming checks and mail. Update homeowner information in gate access software, provide reports to managers, and assist the Copy Center with overflow duties. Maintain inventory of keys and transponders, process vendor proposals, and manage clubhouse reservations. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Customer Service role
- Able to pass a background check
- Must be proficient with computer programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet deadlines
- Exhibit professionalism, professional attire, and demeanor at all times
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload
- Must work effectively with co-workers and clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
