Job Summary
Associate Community Manager on-site to oversee apartment rentals, leasing, tenant qualification, and move-in/out processes; lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality customer service; hire and onboard staff; resolve resident concerns; drive improvements for resident retention and revenue; oversee contractor projects and report to the Property Manager; coordinate communications with collections; organize community events and manage chargebacks for damages; requires Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager) and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Previous experience in multi-family property management is preferred
- Previous leasing experience is preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred
- Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy
- Must be flexible with work schedule. Weekend hours may be assigned
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
